Crowned Glory is a celebration of black hair and the culture of coils and curls that have spun from its roots to create a variety of textured stories.

 

This art exhibit is designed to showcase the works of talented Black Creators and their vision of Black Hair. They have the space to create work for the audience to experience through their medium of choice.

 

The goal is to create an affordable community-driven experience to showcase black art and culture in a safe space. Our desire is to create an opportunity for those with financial challenges to encounter an environment where art and life collide.

 

Our intention is purely to exhibit admiration of black hair and explore shared memories that seem to be universal yet simultaneously independent experiences.
